From site planning and leasing, through entitlements, permits, tenant coordination, and construction management, we have the experience and capability to manage our client's investments.

Build-To-Suit
Having completed over 85 build to suit projects for our clients, we have the expertise to manage the entire life cycle of a project: site selection, due diligence, permitting, finance, construction, and ownership.

We partner with our clients to design and execute their expansion strategies through leveraging our experience and relationships within the real estate development industry.
Our purpose is to create value for our clients by identifying, negotiating and managing the development process. The process includes property acquisition, due diligence, financing, entitlement, planning, design and construction management.

Our focus is primarily with property in excess of five acres to develop or redevelop with multiple tenants that are complementary in nature. Investments may be in urban markets or peripheral trade areas, depending upon the client and driver for the acquisition.

ABOUT US
John D. Potter
​
John has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in site procurement, development, financing and construction. John has completed more than 100 development projects during his career, representing more than $300 million in total project cost. John is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and is a licensed real estate principal broker in Florida and Georgia.
Jason Mitchell
​
Jason has nearly 15 years experience working in the real estate and legal fields. He specializes in real estate analysis, market research, housing studies and due diligence. Jason is a graduate of Covenant College and enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
